What we expect of you:


  • Implement end-to-end CRM campaigns that target customers at different stages of their
  • lifecycle across email, push, SMS, and in-app mobile messaging.
  • Take part-ownership of the automated lifecycle journeys, keeping them updated and optimized as required by the business.
  • Improve the customer experience by monitoring targeted and segmented CRM campaigns – measuring ROI.
  • Develop and test new campaign ideas and segments, including briefs, copy, goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure all promotions and communications are aligned to brand guidelines and business values, are kept up to date, and reflective of any changes to products or for any key seasonal events.
  • Implement Personalization and Regionalization strategies based on a data-driven approach to make the campaigns more relevant to each market.
  • Identify gaps and communicate suggestions and procedures to ensure CRM best practices and alignment.
  • Communicating and revising any changes to planned activity.
  • Maintaining details of contact strategy together with key information/data to support revisions/optimisation.
  • Work closely with the Support Team and Content Team.
  • Reporting and analysis.


What we are after:


  • Intermediate user of HTML and CSS is a must.
  • Understanding of automation and customer flows.
  • Basic technical understanding of business day-to-day operations.
  • Proven experience creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention is required.
  • Customer-centric with very good understanding of customer lifecycles, behaviour, and customer journeys.
  • Willingness to drive optimization through quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Able to spot problems and resolve them, without the need for micromanagement.
  • Strong team player, great communication skills, and always willing to offer support and assistance when required.
  • Collaborative approach and good at building strong working relationships.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about casino products.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven with high attention to detail.
