As a Customer Support Representative you will respond to calls and emails from our Aristocrat Service line and create as well as allocate service jobs to the Service Technicians nationwide.
What You'll DoYou will also be responsible for updating and monitoring all field service jobs in Salesforce, providing Key Metric reports for Customers, and monitoring our call system.
Specifically, you will:
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from our service line and create subsequent job requests efficiently
Create and allocate all service jobs through Salesforce to the relevant field technician
Close off all tasks and finished jobs on a daily basis and ensure any relevant information is captured
Reporting and monitoring of service calls, open call reports, and contract reports
Update customer database to maintain accurate information
Follow up and report job status to the customer as required
We work flexibly here at Aristocrat, this role will give you the ability to work 3 days in our Greystanes office and 2 days from home.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a customer service role
Call centre experience will be highly regarded
An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
A good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
Experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded but not a must
The ability to think on your feet and learn quickly
You are a team player and love to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment
