Lead Artist

• Collaborate with the Art Manager/Director to visualize and build art assets, from initial sketches to final output.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of art fundamentals for both 2D environments and characters.

• Drive creativity and work alongside animators, designers, and engineers to produce assets that meet global industry standards.

• Develop strong compositions and apply colour theory & build principles.

• Maintain and observe the existing style of our games and projects.

• Possess a general understanding of other creative fields, including UI/UX and Visual Build.

• 4+ years of overall experience in the field.

• A high-quality portfolio showcasing relevant industry or personal work.

• Experience with gaming is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to complete aesthetic choices effectively.

• A deep understanding of the constraints and creativity required in the video game industry.

• Proficiency in art fundamentals and the capacity to adjust to various art styles.

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• A quick learner and great teammate with proven problem-solving abilities.

• Having experience with slot games is advantageous.

• Familiarity with After Effects software is an advantage.

• A BFA or MFA degree in Arts/Animations or a related field.
