Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Provides exceptional customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products.
- Maintains assigned outlets throughout the day to ensure everything is acceptable to Bally’s Lake Tahoe standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service experience.
- Has six months experience in a cash handling environment.
- Must be able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.
- Able to build lasting relationships with guests and Team Members.
- Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
- Requires the ability to participate in strenuous labor.
- Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
