Customer Service Agents (DUTCH)

JOI is part of JVH gaming & entertainment, the largest privately owned land-based casino in The Netherlands. Therefore, we are looking for our office in Sliema for:  

What will you do: 

As a Dutch Customer Service Agent, you will be the eyes and ears of our online casino, you are the connection between the player and our online Jack’s Casino and Sportsbook. You will contribute to the players best casino experience and propagate our slogan: ‘You’re Welcome’! In this versatile position you will assist Dutch players via phone call, emails, and chat and you will manage player accounts. You will provide information and assist with i.e., our website, the registration process, transactions, and our licensed games. You will deal with complaints and assure the player feels safe and welcome in our online casino. 

You also have the important task to inform and educate our players about responsible gaming and you will follow the set-out procedures to prevent gambling addiction and fraud. You will translate our players wishes and concerns and share this information, along with your own bright ideas, to make our online casino even better!

We will take control of our Customer Service department 24/7. As we understand the challenges in everyone’s daily life, we offer this position on a full-time or part-time basis and have a flexible remote working policy.

What we require: 

As a Dutch Customer Service Agent: 

• You can speak and write in Dutch (Native) and English fluently. 
• You will have a mid-level applied education (a Dutch MBO+) and have affinity with Customer Service or the hospitality industry. 
• You have strong communicative skills, both written and spoken 
• You know your way around the internet, your keyboard holds no secrets for you, and you have some technical insight. 
• You will always put the player first and you know how to keep them satisfied, you are professional and know how to show empathy. 
• You are solution oriented. 
• You are a flexible multitasker who knows how to adjust quickly and will always keep your head cool in a fast paced and changing environment. 
• You are a team player and prepared to work in shifts.
