  • Follow internal control frameworks, corporate policies, and documentation standards across all assigned activities.
  • Monitor updates to accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, and help assess their potential impact.
  • Promote uniformity, operational improvement, and effective use of reporting tools across statutory reporting and compliance tasks.
  • Support statutory reporting through the quality review of key balance sheet accounts and reconciliations, working closely with the Accounting Operations team.
  • Maintain clear working papers, trackers, and supporting documentation, and communicate issues and progress promptly to relevant collaborators.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience in accounting, audit, statutory reporting, or financial reporting, ideally within a multinational organization.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and a curiosity about developing expertise in local reporting requirements.
  • Experience supporting external audits or preparing financial documents and audit schedules is desirable.
  • Understanding of internal controls, reconciliations, and financial governance principles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare documentation and communicate effectively with a range of collaborators.
