What You'll Do

• Assist in the implementation of group-wide strategic initiatives and projects
• Perform financial and commercial analysis to guide business decisions
• Drive, assist, and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward
• Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders
• Work with key collaborators to define, plan, complete, and govern pivotal initiatives
• Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Identify and manage risks and issues effectively
• Deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and to required performance metrics
• Meet business value and financial targets set forth for initiatives
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, status, and risk management
• Conduct research and develop systems to facilitate central initiative progress

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management
• Strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Critical decision-making and judgment capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low-ego, team-oriented approach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize actions
• Deep experience in program management, including managing complex program delivery with cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing and implementing processes, tools, and templates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
