The People Partner, Specialist I role is responsible for responding
to advanced and complex inquiries from employees, executing People & Culture
transactions and data reporting using Workday and other systems. The role includes
handling elevated and escalated requests, updating employee data and assisting
employees directly by performing consultative actions or through third-party vendors. This
role requires great attention to detail and an appetite for constantly improving People &
Culture system, processes, and reports.
The difference between Specialist I and II reflects increasing depth, breadth, and
impact—progressing from executing complex transactions and resolving advanced
inquiries to owning highly complex or escalated work, operating as a trusted partner, and
leading improvements in systems, processes, and data quality.

About the Role: What You'll Do
• Provide excellent customer service in response to elevated and complex P&C
inquiries from employees, P&C business partners, and managers via multiple intake
methods such as email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems
• Handle inquiries with accuracy and speed by using knowledge guides and resources
found in multiple HR systems
• Apply a case tool to record all inquiries, customer details, case information, and
updates. Communicate resolutions to the requester or raise more complex issues
to the right team.
• Carry out employee data updates directly, including bulk EIB imports into the
Workday system, and offer validation for business process data mapping
• Handle critical issues from Tier 1 and apply the case tool to document inquiries,
customer information, case data, updates, and communicate resolutions to the
requester.
• Complete People & Culture transactions and data reporting using Workday and
other systems
• Handle elevated and advanced requests, updating employee data, and assisting
employees directly by performing consultative actions or through third-party
vendors
• Maintain keen attention to detail and a drive for ongoing improvement of People &
Culture systems, processes, and reports
• Support your assigned region, working within the relevant shift pattern and hours to
provide support to your stakeholders accordingly.
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience operating within a P&C Tier 1 customer care environment
• Acute knowledge of local benefits, talent acquisition, and Workday data
maintenance processes and policies
• Verified experience in managing detailed issues effectively and swiftly
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to handle advanced requests

• Experience handling large-scale EIB loads and verifying business process data
mapping in Workday
• Strong advisory skills and ability to assist employees directly or through third-party
vendors
• Careful focus and a strong dedication to advancing People & Culture systems and
processes
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively within a
group
• Ability to apply multiple HR systems and case tools effectively
