As our Finance Business Partner, you will bring the rigour behind decisions that shape how we invest, price and enter new markets, turning scale and complexity into decisions the business can act on. We are looking for someone with strong commercial finance experience who is ready to own that analysis and grow with the business as it scales.

Sitting within Commercial Finance, you will move between strategic analysis one day and hands-on model building the next, with plenty of variety in between. Priorities shift fast here and the picture is not always complete, but that is exactly what keeps the work interesting. The impact you’ll make:

• Deliver the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the Group, building integrated P&L, cash flow and operating-driver models that are accurate and easy for others to use
• Own monthly commercial and executive reporting, with variance commentary that explains performance drivers and recommends next steps
• Track headcount, opex and capex against plan, flagging risks and opportunities early
• Act as a trusted finance adviser to business unit leaders, challenging investment proposals and new initiatives before decisions are made
• Analyse the return on pricing, promotional and marketing activity, and support vendor negotiations with financial benchmarking
• Build country and market prioritisation models, and model licence fees, gaming duties, taxes and compliance costs across jurisdictions
• Develop unit economics and profitability analysis by market to inform entry, investment and exit decisions
• Partner with the Data and Analytics team to build reporting tools and dashboards, and drive automation to cut manual effort from the reporting cycle

Your track record:

• 4+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
• CA, CPA or CIMA qualified, or in the final stages of completion
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with business intelligence and data tooling (Power BI, Databricks or similar) to build reports and dashboards
• Proven ability to partner with and influence non-finance stakeholders, translating financial concepts into plain language
• Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing commentary and analysis for executive audiences
• Comfortable operating across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• High attention to detail combined with the judgement to prioritise what matters commercially

Bonus points if you also have:

• iGaming, sports betting, crypto or online entertainment exposure, including familiarity with gaming revenue metrics
• Hands-on Databricks experience and comfort working with large datasets
• Python or similar scripting experience for data analysis and automation
• Experience in a regulated or licensed environment
• Exposure to spend management, procurement or corporate card platforms
