About the Role

On behalf of our client, a fast-scaling B2B iGaming & casino platform provider, we are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly dependable Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

In this multifaceted role, you will work closely with the Founder serving as the central engine of their day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will span high-level executive support, light financial and contract administration, office coordination, and select personal logistics.

What You’ll Do

• Manage calendars, arrange meetings, handle travel coordination, draft correspondence, build presentations, and follow up on executive action items.

• Serve as a bridge between the leadership team, internal department heads, external advisers, partners, and vendors, tracking commitments and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Collect, review, register, and process invoices and receipts. Resolve missing billing details and organize recurring financial documentation for the Finance department.

• Draft and circulate agreements using approved templates, coordinate signatures, maintain organized executed contract files, and track renewal dates.

• Proactively anticipate potential bottlenecks, propose practical solutions, and utilize Google Workspace, AI tools, and core productivity platforms to keep operations running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

• Background as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Operations Coordinator, including hands-on exposure to basic invoice and contract administration.

• Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to communicate professionally across all levels of senior management and external stakeholders.

• Exceptionally organized, discreet, detail-oriented, and self-driven with strong execution skills.
