Senior Product Manager, Global Games Product Management

Job Description

At Aristocrat, we are dedicated to bringing happiness to life through the power of play. We are seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the global content strategy for Class III Gaming Operations portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role where you will be at the center of how our world-class slot content is developed, prioritized, and delivered to market. You will work at the crossroads of creative studios, commercial strategy, and market performance, crafting a multi-year roadmap that drives measurable growth across regions. If you understand what makes a game succeed on the floor—not just in theory, but in performance metrics—this role is built for you!

What You'll Do

  • Global Content Strategy: Develop and lead a 12–24 month roadmap for Gaming Ops, based on market data, player behavior, and commercial outcomes.
  • Portfolio Performance: Own the success of a diverse portfolio—optimizing portfolio across themes, styles of play, IPs, and configurations, to allow for efficient floor performance, revenue, and lifecycle longevity.
  • Studio Partnership: Work directly with internal studios to build game direction, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic priorities.
  • Market Intelligence: Be the voice of the market—translating insights into clear product direction and identifying whitespace opportunities ahead of competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align collaborators across commercial, creative, analytics, and operations to complete a unified vision.
  • Prioritization & Trade-offs: Make high-stakes decisions on features, themes, and releases—balancing innovation with proven performance drivers.
  • Lifecycle Management: Guide products from concept through approval and partner with commercial groups for successful launch strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in product management, game strategy, or gaming operations (slots experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success managing game portfolios or content roadmaps.
  • Experience working closely with game studios, math/build teams, or commercial/Gaming Ops functions.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to interpret performance metrics and market trends.
  • Track record of driving outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Deep understanding of Class III / land-based slot performance drivers (math models, volatility, denomination strategy, cabinet considerations, etc.).
  • Proven ability to translate game performance data into actionable product decisions.
  • Strong commercial instincts—understand what sells, where, and why.
  • Experience influencing creative direction while maintaining data-backed rigor.
  • Comfortable making fast, high-quality decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively from executive leadership to studio teams.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Will require travel.
