What You'll Do
  • Lead the implementation of global logistics strategy across carriers and third-party logistics providers, translating business objectives into clear priorities and actions.
  • Direct and support designated quarterly business reviews (QBRs), handling agendas, scorecards, presentations, action logs, follow-ups, and accountability for agreed commitments.
  • Develop and nurture constructive logistics partner collaborations by holding routine meetings, discussing performance, managing challenges, and planning service upgrades.
  • Serve as the main contact for recurring or systemic carrier and service-provider issues, identifying root causes, coordinating corrective actions, and holding partners accountable for sustained improvement.
  • Serve as the expert for Transportation Management System onboarding for external carriers and suppliers, supporting partners in adhering to necessary workflows and addressing adoption or process-related challenges.
  • Serve as the business lead for global transportation cost, service, capacity, tendering, transit, and exception data, identifying trends, root causes, risks, and areas for improvement, and communicating findings and recommended actions.
  • Manage contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs), and rate reviews by coordinating requirements, assessing responses, documenting decisions, and guiding implementation and follow-up.
  • Develop and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, governance documents, meeting templates, and knowledge repositories for partner management and strategic logistics processes.
  • Coordinate central initiatives and network changes across regional logistics teams, Global Supply Chain Analytics, Warehousing, Trade Compliance, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and other business partners.
  • Develop strong TMS knowledge and cross-train on essential team processes to support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and backup coverage.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, carrier or third-party logistics management, sourcing, service-provider performance management, or business analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, economics, or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated business insight and ability to connect logistics activity and performance to cost, service, risk, customer impact, and broader supply chain objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage external partners and senior internal collaborators.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with Power BI, transportation management systems, SQL, Snowflake, or other supply chain technologies is desired but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret performance data, identify root causes, and convert findings into practical recommendations and action plans.
  • Experience supporting quarterly business reviews, scorecards, contracts, requests for proposal, user or partner onboarding, standard operating procedures, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable leading multiple priorities across global time zones with limited supervision.
