What You'll Do

  • Work collaboratively with the SIT Manager and Project team to ensure testing processes are followed and test artifacts are generated in alignment with SIT guidelines.
  • Analyze and understand product architecture and commercial requirements to build integrity test plans with clear objectives and test scenarios.
  • Drive your learning journey to build a solid understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to the products you test.
  • Build compliance test plans to verify that new game mechanics and features satisfy compliance requirements.
  • Develop integration test plans to ensure new game features function smoothly with supporting technology, including platforms, cabinet hardware/firmware, common code libraries, and external systems.
  • Independently complete integrity, compliance, and integration test plans.
  • Provide detailed test traceability from requirements to test execution and results.
  • Demonstrate sound and logical reasoning when raising issues to the development team.
  • Leverage appropriate testing tools and techniques, using initiative to optimize efficiency and achieve high-quality benchmarks.
  • Offer training and mentoring to testers on your projects, assigning work that challenges and develops their skills.
  • Support SIT Management and all testers in the Wonder Hits SIT team through effective communication and collaboration to improve overall SIT process efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • B.E., B. Tech, MCA, or similar.
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in software testing, including product testing.
  • Ability to write basic Python and VB scripts.
  • Preferably, experience in the land-based gaming industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, C++, C#, Unity, and automation tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with global collaborators.
  • Flexibility to navigate changing business priorities.
  • Ability to work positively and collaboratively with SIT & development teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Great teammate with strong people engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated with a mature approach to accountability and responsibility.
  • Proven ability to apply creative thinking to solve complex engineering problems.
