Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering and operational initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, following up with engineering teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time, and providing regular progress updates to collaborators.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating across technical and non-technical teams, can drive accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across engineering and business teams.
  • Track project tasks, achievements, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Proactively follow up with engineers and technical teams to obtain status updates and ensure actions are completed.
  • Identify delays, blockers, or risks and bring them up where required.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and progress updates to collaborators.
  • Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews, including capturing actions and follow-ups.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting artefacts.
  • Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business collaborators.
  • Support project managers and leadership with planning, coordination, and delivery activities.
  • Ensure collaborators are informed of project progress, issues, and upcoming breakthroughs.
  • Assist with prioritization and coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to confidently follow up and drive accountability across teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience communicating with both technical teams and business collaborators.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as ADO, or similar.
Desirable:
  • Experience working within IT, engineering, infrastructure, or technology environments.
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience preparing executive or collaborator reporting.
