We are seeking a highly skilled and well-organized Senior Project Manager to join our Premium Games Studio. In this key position, you will guide the entire lifecycle of Premium Games development, ensuring each project is successfully completed from initial concept through to final delivery. Employees are expected to work from the Kraków office three days per week as part of our hybrid working arrangement.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for Premium Games, from concept phase through to handover readiness.
  • Translate studio priorities, game concepts, and business objectives into clear project plans, timelines, achievements, and deliverables.
  • Ensure each game development initiative progresses with clear ownership, transparent communication, and timely decision-making.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints, and drive effective mitigation plans with relevant collaborators.
  • Take charge of, sustain, and regularly refresh the Studio roadmap, guaranteeing transparent awareness of priorities, schedules, and interconnections.
  • Manage resource planning across the Premium Studio, incorporating internal teams, India-based teams, and external third-party partner studios.
  • Balance workload, capacity, and priorities across multiple concurrent game development projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across game building, product, art, development, QA, math, and other relevant teams.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, roadmap reviews, project status meetings, risk reviews, and key checkpoints.
  • Handle everyday project coordination alongside third-party partner studios, ensuring that expectations, deliverables, and timelines are well specified.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project scope, schedules, achievements, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to shaping and ongoing refinement of project management methods and governance standards within the Studio.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Game Production, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Producer, or similar role, ideally within gaming, software development, iLottery, digital products, or creative technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated, cross-functional development projects from early concept through completion.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of handling several concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and overlapping deadlines.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical, creative, operational, and leadership teams.
  • Good understanding of game development workflows, production pipelines, QA cycles, and release-readiness processes.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify risks early, bring up concerns appropriately, and drive practical outcomes.
