Lead Animator

As a key member of our design team, you'll lead exciting projects, push creative boundaries, and contribute to the success of our globally recognized games.

• Lead the creation of character animations, FX animations, game trailers, adverts, and effects for games.

• Collaborate with various teams to produce innovative and flawless animations.

• Build, maintain, and update assets and images for games across all ventures and platforms.

• Refine assets for implementation, securing timely submission of all duties with the agreed quality standards.

• Develop and explore creative concepts fully, offering multiple executions before finalizing ideas.

• Maintain high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.

• Proactively communicate with team members to ensure project requirements and progress are clear.

• Coordinate work, files, and documents for easy use by co-workers.

• Continue to develop a strong technical understanding of Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Spine.

• Stay up to date with the multi-platform online world and new advances.

• Present work and ideas for comment and review.

• Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.

• Work collaboratively with distributed team/studio leads for status updates and mentorship.

• Participate in after-business-hours calls as per business needs.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in 2D animation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Spine (EsotericSoftware), Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Excellent sense of timing and spacing in animations.

• Great spirit of observation of movements and behaviors.

• Strong drawing skills and concept/storyboard skills with an ability to accurately perceive and apply color and composition.

• Deep understanding of character animation.

• Good understanding of illustration and graphic building.

• Ability to follow existing styles and brand guidelines.

• Demonstrated skill in exporting and refining assets for multiple platforms.

• Experience working with management to accomplish business goals.
