What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and improve tools to support agreement and deal analysis.

  • Support and develop the ongoing operating cadence for pricing reviews, pricing governance discussions, and deal-support processes.

  • Find opportunities to reduce manual work and improve pricing workflows.

  • Support pricing and finance collaborators with model outputs, scenario analysis and deal comparisons.

  • Improve and support analysis for executives to show the progress in key pricing measures.

  • Analyze post-deal performance, including revenue realization and margin outcomes.

  • Lead analysis for key strategic improvement initiatives.

  • Use advanced Excel and BI tools to build scalable models and dashboards.

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and enable workflow automation.

  • Partner with analytics, finance, IT, and business teams to improve pricing data structures.

  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to business partners and leadership.

  • Develop executive-ready materials to ensure analyses are accurate and easy to interpret.

  • Maintain clear documentation of pricing processes and recurring reporting routines.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, commercial analytics, revenue operations, strategic analysis or business operations.

  • Proficient in Excel at an advanced level, encompassing financial modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in revenue, margin, payback and commercial trade-off analysis.

  • Proficiency in building recurring reports and analytical tools for decision-making.

  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL and Python.

  • Strong process orientation with proven ability to standardize workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills to explain analytical outputs to collaborators.

  • Ability to persuade internal team members through effective use of data.

  • Collaborative and proactive in identifying inefficiencies and continually improving processes.

  • Enjoys working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

Pay Range

$87,500 - $162,500 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
