We are seeking someone who excels in fast-paced settings, has demonstrated success in IR or similar areas, and is motivated to support our challenging objectives. If you are passionate about finance, show outstanding analytical skills, and communicate critically, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of key IR activities and processes, demonstrating independence and sound judgment.
Coordinate investor and analyst meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other market engagement activities.
Support the planning and delivery of major IR events, including results announcements, investor briefings, and the AGM.
Support the preparation of results materials, AGM papers, Board and Executive presentations, investor messaging and other market-facing content.
Conduct financial, peer, industry, shareholder and market analysis to support investor communications and leadership discussions.
Work proactively with internal teams to gather insights, understand business performance, and ensure messaging is accurate and aligned.
Support responses to investor and analyst queries, escalating matters where appropriate.
Maintain and improve the IR website and digital disclosure channels.
Manage and enhance IR databases, process controls, CRM systems and team workflows.
Support budget management for the IR team, including forecasting, reconciliation and variance analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve IR processes, including through leveraging AI, automation and new technologies.
Apply discretion, professionalism and attention to detail when working with confidential and market-sensitive information.
What We’re Looking For
2 to 3 years’ experience in IR, equity research, corporate finance, investment banking, finance, consulting, accounting, strategy, or a related analytical role.
Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, form views and make recommendations.
Interest in capital markets, listed companies, investor communications and corporate strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate financial and business information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners in a professional environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and applying judgment when guidance is broad or consultative.
Advanced capability across Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Curiosity about how AI and new technologies can improve workflows and outcomes.
Strong personal integrity and proven ability to handle confidential information.
Why This Role?
This is an exciting pathway into IR for someone who has built an early foundation in analysis, finance, equity research, advisory or a related field, and is ready to broaden their impact.
You will gain direct exposure to the way a global listed company communicates with the market, manages investor relationships, explains performance and tells its strategic story. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and build skills that sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, communications and capital markets.
