Attend gaming tables for card-change procedure according to the company’s’ procedures. Properly check and shuffle the cards in the cards’ counting rooms (hereinafter, CCRs). Follow terms of the shuffling procedures in the CCRs and at the gaming tables. Follow schedule assigned when performing duties. Immediately report to the Pit boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in the gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes. Inform Pitboss in a timely manner to replace and/or receive new cards or deck of cards for each shift. Evaluate and keep track on the quality and visual look of the cards. Assist training new shufflers if required by the management. Adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
