Sportradar's Audiovisual Betting Unit is currently looking for a Client Success Partner, Streaming to help the team to successfully maintain and further develop the relationship to our clients. The candidate will be integrated into our Client Success team and will also be working closely together with our Director Client Success, administration, technical project/platform, content management and sales teams. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate with the different internal stakeholders and also engage in external exchanges and build relationships to achieve the company’s goals.
THE CHALLENGE: Own the client relationship and acts as first point of contact for client related matters and their long term success.
