What you will do As the primary People presence on the ground, you will serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership, whilst aligning to HQ strategy — building and executing a people plan that is commercially grounded, data-informed, and tightly aligned with Stake's growth objectives in regulated iGaming markets across Latin America. At the same time, you will own the operational backbone of HR for Colombia and Perú: recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee lifecycle administration.
