That's where you step in, driving its operational excellence while partnering closely with Creative Leaders, Product, Marketing and stakeholders across the business to keep work prioritised, resourced and delivered. What you’ll build with us: The operational rhythm of the studio is yours to shape: resource planning across approximately 30 designers onshore and offshore, backed by sharp demand forecasting and utilisation monitoring.
