The Industrial (Manufacturing) Engineer is a key contributor to the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of production floor manufacturing systems. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating sound judgment and maturity in decision-making across complex and ambiguous situations. This role must be engaged confidently with senior leadership, to influence strategic direction and drive alignment across cross-functional units. What You'll Do: Analyze production data and implement time and line balancing to optimize efficiency and reduce cycle time. Work closely with product formulation, quality, and supply chain teams to guarantee manufacturability and readiness for launch.
