What the role entails:
Reporting to the Head of Maths, the Maths Services Coordinator will provide support to the global Maths Team, taking the lead on non-game-production queries and maintaining and improving administrative processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling maths queries regarding jurisdictions, compliance and the game portfolio.
- Supporting the maths teams leads with the delivery of games for certification.
- Ensuring that game metadata is complete and up to date for existing games.
- Supporting the onboarding process within the Maths Team by ensuring that new members have all the correct access and licences.
- Looking into opportunities for automation of processes within the Maths Team.
What we ask of you
Requirements:
- A degree in a discipline with a high level of mathematics, such as mathematics, statistics or the sciences
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong oral and written English
- The ability to coordinate tasks and liaise with stakeholders with minimal input and guidance
- A self-starter who can actively seek out areas for improvement and develop potential solutions
Preferences:
- Experience working on online slot games
- Experience working with Jira
- Experience working with MS Excel
