About the role,
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary person to fill the role of Technical Product Owner. That can adapt to market changes, client needs and work in an agile manner Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities by understanding client requirements, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technical solutions.
In this role, you will need to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and prioritize product features based on value and feedback.
- Guide development teams in converting requirements into tasks, ensuring timely feature delivery and technical issue resolution.
- Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and plans, communicating progress and priorities to stakeholders.
- Lead sprint planning and review meetings to align development with the product vision.
- Serve as the key connector between business stakeholders and development teams, enhancing collaboration.
- Direct development teams towards Agile practices and quality standards.
- Evaluate KPIs and user feedback to enhance product performance and innovation.
- Promote a user-focused development approach, ensuring outstanding user experiences.
- Keep updated with industry trends and technologies to inform product strategies.
What are the key experience and personal attribute requirements?
- Proven track record as a Product Owner in a tech-centric environment.
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Owner or similar in software development.
- Strong technical foundation in development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder interaction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
