Now we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will build a team and analyze the market, form conclusions and test hypotheses, increase the value of our products for users and the effectiveness of partner traffic.

What we expect of you?

• Work with a team of Project Managers, Developers, and Designers.
• Monitor audience needs and trends in foreign markets.
• Develop features not just for their own sake, but evaluate their worth so that the development time is proportional to the results of the feature (Pareto principle).
• Be proactive, follow market trends, and anticipate user requests.
• Analyze competitors and adopt best practices when necessary.
• Formulate hypotheses for product development and conduct necessary tests to validate them.
• Identify key product metrics, generate reports, and make forecasts.
• Conduct customer development (CustDev) and in-depth interviews with users, collect feedback and requests, turn them into features, and prioritize the backlog.
• Build interactions with internal customers and other departments.
• Know and understand the Customer Journey Map.

What we are after?

• Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar position for 3 years or more.
• Expertise in creating hypotheses about product development and the ability to conduct necessary experiments to confirm their accuracy and effectiveness.
• Ability to define problems and find value in the tasks at hand.
• Ability to analyze key product metrics.
• Experience in competitive analysis and A/B testing.
• Successful experience with CustDev and conducting in-depth interviews.
• Understanding of the software development and support process.
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals.
• Ability to think systematically and flexibly, structure information, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn, and adapt quickly.
• English language proficiency at a level not lower than B2 (as communication with foreign companies and stakeholders is required).
