Who are we ?


We are looking for Customer Support Heroes to join the Heroes of Support team.

Heroes of Support - prospective iGaming company that has been operating since 2020. We have around 250 talented and energetic people working from our offices (Cyprus, Malta and Bulgaria) and remotely around the world. We believe in every member of our team and provide them with the best environment to be able to realize their potential in our company.


What we expect from you?


  • Deliver amazing customer service, friendly support and helpful solutions to players in chats and tickets
  • Correctly escalate issues to Slack/Jira and never forget to get back to the player with the resolution
  • Follow updates in Confluence and Slack in order to get acquainted with all procedures changes
  • Be the voice of the player - timely provide feedback to your shift-lead about issues players are facing at the moment.


What we are after?


  • Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate B2+)
  • Good knowledge of the second language: German/Portuguese/Spanish/Turkish (B2+. Please, note, you should be fluent there)
  • Ability to work 2/2 or 2/2/2 (day and night shifts)
  • Aspiration to help and problem-solving attitude
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Prior experience working within the iGaming sector is a plus
