We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The role is crucial for managing the financial health of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing the consolidation of salaries throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in finance, strong leadership abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail.

What we expect of you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree or a CPA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Expertise in preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Experience with cost allocation and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

What we are after:

• Collect all payroll related information from managers, prepare, generate, check and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis;
• Be the point person between the People Team, Finance Team, Legal Team and the Outsource Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service;
• Administer changes to salary, benefits, promotions, bonus, etc.
• Document payroll processes and procedures.
