Well, what about the team?


In the Content team, we do words. We write compelling content to fulfil the needs of stakeholders from across the business. Whether we’re writing onsite campaigns for our online casino brands, or blog posts for internal news boards, we always bring our best.

The Content team consists of Retention Communications and Marketing Communications which focus on Japanese-first content for our Japanese brands; and Global Content Production, which provides original English content and translation support for other languages. While each team has its own focus, at the end of the day we’re all one team.

The ideal Content team candidate is organised, creative, and passionate – not just about content, but about coming up with the best communication strategy for your target audience. So, if you love words and wordplay, and you’re up for the challenge of explaining complex ideas in simple words, get in touch!


So, what will you be doing?


  • Writing and localising Japanese content for marketing campaigns, communication plans, product specifications, T&Cs, surveys, how-to guides, etc.
  • Preparing content within brand guidelines, tailoring each piece according to its respective brand and target audience
  • Building CRM communications within Content Management Systems such as mailers, SMS, surveys, etc.
  • Working closely with other departments to transform their needs into engaging customer content
  • Monitoring engagement rates and suggesting improvements
  • Reviewing our sites, recommending new topics and approaches on how to write content and researching new topics


And what are we looking for?


  • Have a native level of Japanese and a business level of English
  • Able to experiment with different writing styles to match different brand personalities and objectives
  • Demonstrate experience of responding to requests with creative solutions
  • Have ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Have great attention to detail and a passion for problem solving
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders and other members of the team
