We are now actively looking for a Senior Lawyer (Compliance and Licensing) to actively conquer the heights with us.

What we expect of you?

• Ensuring the company's adherence to all applicable iGaming regulations, laws, and licensing requirements in various jurisdictions.
• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting documentation for obtaining and renewing iGaming licenses.
• Keeping up to date with any changes in iGaming laws and regulations, as well as understanding their potential impact on the company's operations.
• Developing, implementing, and managing internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all legal and regulatory inquiries, audits, and inspections from gaming authorities and regulators.
• Providing legal advice and guidance on compliance matters to the company's management team and other departments.
• Providing training to employees on compliance-related issues to promote awareness and understanding throughout the company.
• Conducting internal compliance audits and investigations, as well as managing any necessary corrective actions.

What we are after?

• University degree in Law (preferred specialisation: compliance, international, corporate, tax law);
• Experience in iGaming/Betting from 3 years;
• Experience of working with international licensing bodies in terms of obtaining iGaming - licenses;
• Fluent English;
• Experience of working with European countries;
• Experience in international banking;
• Experience of working with foreign controlled companies will be an advantage;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, communication skills;
• Multitasking, analytical thinking, ability to work with large amount of information.
