What we expect of you?

• Collaborate with the Head of Casino on strategic initiatives.
• Manage acquisition and retention strategies, increasing brand recognition and awareness with the help of the CRM and PR Team.
• Identify, review, and evaluate competitors regularly.
• Create and implement effective business plans together with stakeholders.
• Develop effective action plans and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop opportunities for expansion of business.
• Assist the CRM team in developing retention and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor progress of projects.
• Coordinate all acquisition, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Research and analyse market opportunities within the assigned markets.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the teams to ensure smooth and timely action.
• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans, including design and implementation of promotion programmes.
• Stay up to date with recent developments in your assigned markets and ensure a competitive product in cooperation with senior management.
• Increase Player Count in the assigned markets as per bonus plan.

What we are after?

• 2+ years’ experience in similar iGaming or management role.
• Budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Verbal and written skills in English are mandatory, Italian and/or French/German/ are considered an asset.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
