Customer Insights Analyst

Your daily tasks will be

• Extracting and analyzing very large and multi-dimensional data sets;
• Driving insights and working closely with stakeholders to support Operational projects;
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights as required;
• Delivery of advanced analytical projects within a fast-moving environment;
• Support the Marketing, Commercial and Product Teams in their data and reporting requests;
• Design and create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using BI tools such as MSTR;
• Develop and maintain standard reports and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making;
• Work with data team on modelling projects to forecast trends, customer behaviour, and revenue projections;
• Following business KPI-s in the process of analyzing requests/ideas and setting up metrics and targets for retrospective data gathering.

What we expect from you

• Strong and proven hands-on experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Effective communication and presentation abilities;
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail;
• Medium/Advanced knowledge in extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL / MicroStrategy (or similar);
• Ability to see the "big picture", evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise among many requests;
• Preferably trading background.
