Job Description: 

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a UA Manager (Paid Media).

In this role, you will plan, implement, and optimise our paid media campaigns across various PPC and Paid Social channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify target audiences, work with designers to build eye-catching creatives and execute performance-based campaigns that deliver strong ROAS.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media

Responsibilities:

• Launching and managing performance-based campaigns which deliver high ROAS
• Experience running campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook and Twitter
• Working with writers to come up with converting ad copy
• Work with designers to build eye-catching assets
• Setup daily reporting to report back to stakeholders
• Open to testing out new traffic sources and coming up with new ideas on how to reach larger audiences
• Setup and testing of tracking links to ensure conversions can be attributed to back office
• Setup A/B testing and build reports that provide findings that can be easily implemented
• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Required Experience:

• Building automated reports/dashboards using Looker Studio or Tableau
• Experience promoting crypto and iGaming products would be a plus (especially from a compliance point of view)
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
