Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various types of agreements with game providers, payment service providers, and other third parties, while maintaining systematic contract management.
Ensure content and brand protection through the registration, maintenance, and renewal of intellectual property rights, and assist in resolving any IP disputes that may arise.
Maintain existing gaming licenses and obtain licenses in other jurisdictions by managing license applications and ensuring compliance with current license conditions and regulatory requirements under applicable laws, including but not limited to AML/CFT, Responsible Gambling, Data Protection, and Consumer Rights.
Research and stay updated on developments in regulatory online gambling regimes worldwide and in jurisdictions where the company holds licenses.
Create, update, implement, monitor, and enforce the company’s policies and procedures.
