The Consultant role will involve: Advising on CRM campaign planning and segmentation strategies; Devising CRM strategy based on industry good practice and experience: Supporting integrations and feature enhancements within our CRM platform; Ensuring quality assurance across multichannel communications; Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across CRM, data, and product.
