As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager at Chilli Partners, you will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing our compensation and benefits strategies. Your expertise will ensure that our compensation packages remain competitive and that our employees are appropriately recognized for their contributions. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, finance, and other key stakeholders to achieve these objectives.
What we expect of you?
- Screening and recruitment for IT and Digital vacancies at Senior/Lead level (for IGaming sphere)
- Conducting interviews (including in English)
- Soft skills assessment
- Adaptation of new employees
- Assistance in researching new markets (Europe, Turkey, South America)

- Experience in IT/Digital recruiting from 3 years
- Confident conversational level of English
