Long story short, you will

As a Product Owner Africa, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of products for the WA Africa project. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric gaming experiences. Your role will involve prioritizing features, managing the product backlog, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and player preferences.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and market demands.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, and execution of product roadmaps and projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure product success and market adoption.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the product team, setting clear goals and expectations.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• +6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the African iGaming sector.
• Proven track record of launching successful products.
• Understanding the product requirements within the iGaming Market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
