Through our custom-made tech (Re)Activation Cloud®, we communicate with players around the world to promote our client’s platforms, while making sure they play responsibly!


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to join our HR team in Gzira, Malta.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Own and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruitment processes across all offices & departments, while innovating hiring practices by using new methods and channels.
  • Own and execute Employer Branding strategy and recruitment marketing activities, making sure our presence and reflective of the “life @ Enteractive” in cooperation with marketing and any other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with external agencies and other service providers through integrity and professionalism.
  • Maximize the potential of current ATS and other relevant systems, tools, and overall processes, constantly sought after new and improved solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding processes. partner with relevant stakeholders and lead positive changes.
  • Implement, collect, and interpret recruitment-related data (eg. time-to-fill, time-to-hire, hiring cost, etc) to improve metrics and KPIs, help guide decision-making, and create objective reports on recruitment efforts.
  • Manage the budget for talent acquisition activities, social media recruiting, and employer branding.
  • Partner with hiring managers in all departments to identify their needs, clarify job specifications and requirements, discuss business operations, and develop strategies to fill current and future recruitment needs. Catch up on a regular basis.
  • Lead and motivate the TA team, including defining and following up on individual and team goals; delegating tasks as necessary; managing performance and identifying upskilling opportunities; creating development plans; providing constant feedback and coaching the team to grow and develop in their roles. You’ll be maintaining a positive team culture, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and ensure job responsibilities and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria and competencies.
  • Lead and coordinate how Enteractive is positioned and perceived as an employer to help us attract the right talent, and translate what does it mean to work at Enteractive via all currently available and new channels.
  • Manage the EB calendar, plan and create social media content (in close collaboration with the marketing team) to attract talent, and increase the company’s visibility amongst job seekers through social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), our careers page, and other platforms.
  • Develop an event plan, look for and attend relevant networking events such as job fairs, industry-related conferences, or others, increasing the company's visibility.


What you bring:


  • At least 5 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience in internal TA and + 1 year of experience in people management;
  • A strong track record of achieving KPIs, you’re results-driven with exceptional analytical skills, capable of applying strategic thinking to identify and implement effective solutions;
  • Solid understanding and experience developing and delivering on Employer Branding strategies, Recruitment Marketing activities, and working with Social Media;
  • Experience working with local and international teams, you’re a team player and a people person;
  • Great communication, networking, negotiation, and conflict management skills;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.


Nice-to-haves:


  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR or Communication-related fields;
  • Digital Marketing/ Social Media/ Employer Branding related courses/certifications.
