As the CRM Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for lifecycle across multiple channels and other players’ journeys paired up with a strong communication support. You will also head special campaigns and features to drive users engagement and monetization, supporting a fun experience for our customers. These processes involve working with high-level professionals inside the GameOps team, as well as across CRM Art, CRM QA, Product, Development, User Acquisition, Customer Support teams and more. You will report to GameOps Lifecycle Lead.
