Position Overview:
In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our operations remain compliant across all relevant jurisdictions. Working closely with teams such as AML, Player Protection, Legal, and Operations, you'll help shape and refine our compliance procedures, contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory adherence. With your keen eye for detail and understanding of gaming sector regulations, especially UKGC, you’ll support compliance processes, analyze trends, and assist in maintaining high standards across the business. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of Compliance procedures across all relevant jurisdictions.
  • Work closely within the Compliance Team and wider business such as AML, Player Protection, Legal, Operations and Casino to support Compliance processes.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and tools related to Compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate Compliance approach making recommendations for enhancement.
  • Support in creation and delivery of training material in line with regulatory and procedural changes.
  • Analyze compliance data to identify trends.
  • Assist in the review and monitoring of industry developments, contributing to internal proposals for internal transformation and gap analysis.
  • Support in group licensing projects where required.
  • Be prepared to provide assistance in auditing scenarios and comply with all internal auditing requirements.
  • Assist with other projects or responsibilities as may be required from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role in the gaming sector is a must
  • Experience with UKGC requirements essential
  • Experience in working with UKGC compliance requirements is required, and exposure to other markets, such as Ontario, Gibraltar, Malta or Spain, will be considered an asset.
  • Diligent and organized individual
  • Understanding of AML and RG concepts and other Compliance-related regulations, including local marketing laws
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other relevant languages is desired.
