Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple residential and office fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to handover
  
  
• Oversee residential new-builds and office interior fit-outs simultaneously
  
  
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment
  
  
• Prepare and manage project programs, budgets, and risk registers
  
  
• Lead procurement and contract negotiation processes
  
  
• Monitor on-site progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
  
  
• Ensure timely project reporting and effective stakeholder communication
  
  
• Resolve site and technical issues promptly to maintain momentum
  
  
• Manage snagging, commissioning, and close-out activities
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably across both residential and commercial sectors
  
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations
  
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CIOB) are a plus
  
  
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
