Job Description

Your Influential Mission: You Will… 

  • Work closely within the Compliance Team and wider business units such as AML, Player Protection, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Product to support compliance processes. 
  • Rationalise, design, and support the delivery of regulatory change from inception to operation in line with the pipeline agreed with the Head of Compliance. 
  • Provide operational and technical compliance oversight, support, and guidance to project stakeholders and operational leads for all regulatory change projects and BAU. 
  • Coordinate the development and continuous improvement of operational policies, procedures, and products related to overall Compliance, Safer Gambling, and AML/CTF. 
  • Liaise with various project managers to ensure understanding and delivery of the Compliance programme and operational roadmap. 
  • Engage with the senior management team on emerging operational compliance matters, risks, and issues as they arise. Plan and achieve the successful delivery of regulatory change. 
  • Take accountability for the oversight, root cause, and remediation of any operational issues that relate to a breach of obligations and controls. 
  • Oversee and contribute to the relationship between Compliance, Assurance, and our remote operational services division. This role will require occasional travel to our operational office in Bulgaria to ensure adherence to operational excellence and governance. 

Qualifications

Components for Success: You… 

  • Have regulatory experience, particularly focused on UK regulatory requirements relating to the provision of gambling. 
  • Possess previous experience within a similar role in the gaming sector. 
  • Understand Gambling Commission Remote gambling and software technical standards (RTS) guidance and LCCP. 
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. 
  • Are a diligent and organised individual.
