• Develop clear problem statements, requirements, success metrics, and testable hypotheses.
• Prioritise effectively based on value, effort, and strategic fit.
• Ensure a strong link between design, engagement, and business impact.
• Collaborate with design, tech, and delivery to shape and deliver engaging features.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch for timely delivery and value.
• Measure and learn, bringing insights into future decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across product practices and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bring 5+ years of strong product management experience in gaming or interactive entertainment.
• Have hands-on experience working on gameplay features, live games, or multiplayer products.
• Understand user behaviour, engagement loops, and mechanics.
• Ensure customer focus to enable value and delight.
• Are confident using data and insights to guide decisions and iteration.
• Collaborate effectively and create strong working relationships at all levels.
• Communicate proactively and clearly, effectively influencing decisions.
• Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are outcome-driven.
• Exhibit a calm and measured approach to inspire, engage, and motivate.
