  • Offer technical support for game studios and internal teams who require domain expertise of Playtech Open Platform/GPAS gaming platform as service.
  • Lead, support and troubleshoot complex and non-complex issues. 
  • Write, review and validate technical specifications and documentation. 
  • Participate in the improvement of existing internal processes. 
  • Assist in the identification of specific interfaces, methods, and parameters to support technical solutions. 
  • Take part in the product configuration activities and identify faulty setups and fix those if needed. 
  • Provide insight into recommendations for technical solutions that meet design and functional needs. 
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with both, internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment and support of diverse projects. 

Qualifications

Components for success. You... 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or simiar. 
  • Have an understanding of RESTful services. 
  • Have an understanding of networking, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS and Firewall. 
  • Bring experience working with Jira or Confluence. 
  • Have an ability to analyze application/system logs to identify the root cause of a problem. 
  • Are analytical with good problem-solving skills. 
  • Have good English skills, both written and verbal.

POP UNIT  
Playtech Open Platform (POP) provides a unified network and API for communication with the Playtech infrastructure, enabling client-side implementation by independent developers. It is an adapter between systems, and it can deliver a more accessible and seamless integration between gaming provider services and operator systems. POP will help connect third-party content providers to Playtech, supply diverse content related to game development to licensees and charges for third-party content, and have an independent game launch cycle.  

POP Business integration team is responsible for cross-product configurations, specializing in troubleshooting and problem-solving for seamless integration with our business customers. We welcome new ideas and improvements of day-to-day processes and activities, and openly share our methodologies, findings and knowledge.
