✅ Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails;
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers;
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints;
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions;
  • Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.

✅ Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English;
  • Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
