Your Mission

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of the brand across all major platforms. From crafting clever posts and memes to launching engaging campaigns and moderating buzzing communities — your goal is to make sure our players are entertained, informed, and coming back for more.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute an engaging social media strategy tailored to the online casino & betting audience (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Create eye-catching, scroll-stopping content (posts, memes, reels, stories, GIFs, etc.)

• Monitor trends, pop culture moments, and competitor activity — and jump in with timely, brand-relevant content

• Build and manage communities on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Reddit — sparking discussions, running polls, contests, and more

• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually compelling content

• Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, promotions, and events

• Engage with players in a witty, on-brand voice while managing feedback, support questions, and community sentiment

• Track key KPIs (engagement, growth, CTRs, etc.) and optimize strategies based on performance

• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience managing social media in online casinos, betting, or similar fast-paced entertainment industries

• A strong grasp of online trends, memes, and internet culture

• Experience building and moderating online communities (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)

• Exceptional copywriting skills — witty, punchy, and on-brand

• Creative eye for design, tone, and aesthetics

• Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)

• Comfortable with light editing in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

• Native or fluent English (other languages are a plus!)

• Passionate about gaming, casino culture, and creating online hype

• Bonus: experience working with influencers, streamers, or paid social campaigns
