Requirements:
✔️At least 2-years of work experience in a similar position;
✔️Highly experienced in Help Desk troubleshooting and problem-solving;
✔️Understanding the principles of the network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP), network, firewall;
✔️Experience working with JIRA/CONFLUENCE;
✔️Experience working with network equipment;
✔️Excellent problem-solving skills;
✔️Experience working with Apple hardware will be a great plus
✔️English - at least Intermediate level. 
 
Nice to have:
✔️Attention to details;
✔️Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms;
✔️Good communication skills. 
 
Main responsibilities:
✔️Technical support for office and remote employees;
✔️Setting up new workstations for employees;
✔️Installation and configuration of software, office equipment;
✔️Administration macOS, Windows;
✔️Purchase equipment;
✔️Inventory of IT equipment;
✔️Support internal Access Control System;
✔️Troubleshooting.
