Game Producer

Brainrocket assembles a new team to develop web/mobile games. We’re looking for a Game Producer / Product Lead to oversee the development process, ensuring our games are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and champion the game vision throughout development.
• Manage game projects from concept to launch, ensuring quality, scope, and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and artists.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and ensure team alignment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Game Producer or similar role in game development.
• Strong understanding of game production pipelines and processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to align technical and creative teams around a unified vision.
• Passion for gaming and a player-focused mindset.

Bonus:

• Experience with WebGL or browser-based games.
• Familiarity with live-ops and games-as-a-service models.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience operating projects with $500K in monthly revenue
