  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hire.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Attend job fairs, job centres, and other recruitment events to source the best possible candidates.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within our company.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities.
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to ensure consistency and best practices across all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Have proven experience in high-volume / bulk recruitment in high turnover environment (Ex. Customer service, Production).
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian job market.
  • Have a high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Possess strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Are skilled in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Approach challenges with a quick, clever, and solution-oriented mindset, always ready to think outside the box.
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show adaptability and flexibility in handling changing priorities and demands.
  • Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field .
