Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide attentive, timely assistance to players. Turkish language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory, as we have a global user base. You’ll field inquiries, troubleshoot player issues, and maintain high service standards.
Please note this is the on-site position ONLY based in Limassol, Cyprus
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Respond to player queries via email, chat, and phone, offering technical and account-related support.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Requirements
Customer Service Background: Experience in iGaming or a similar fast-paced support environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; Turkish is a strong plus.
Problem-Solving: Adept at handling multiple requests and using sound judgment.
